We were actually recommended Motorlux Wantage from my partners brother who purchased a Mondeo from them recently. We moved to Wantage 6 months ago and my last car I bought during Covid which was a delivery only service. That was a weird experience that I didn't enjoy so I was determined to use local this time around. From the first engagement, the sales and aftercare it has been exceptional. Fantastic car buying experience - this Ford dealer is highly recommended! We were looking for a second hand Ford Kuga to replace our family car, and Motorlux had a couple on their used forecourt. The salesman was friendly and accommodating and he gave us the keys to both cars to enable us to have a look around inside. He then allowed us to test drive both vehicles unaccompanied and without any pressure. It was an enjoyable and pain free experience - unlike at a dealer local to home where the staff were verging on rude and where we had been made to feel an inconvenience. We collected our chosen car from Motorlux Wantage a week later at which point Nick gave us a proper handover and an explanation of the car's features, exactly as you would expect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motorlux and will consider bringing our car back for servicing and MOT, despite it being an hour's drive away from home. Thank you
